Proposal to ban anonymous online comments

New York lawmakers propose ban on anonymous online comments

(CBS News) New York state lawmakers have proposed a ban on anonymous online comments.

Called the Internet Protection Act (A.8688/S.6779), the legislation would require a web site administrator to pull down anonymous comments from sites, including "social networks, blogs forums, message boards or any other discussion site where people can hold conversations in the form of posted messages."

The bill states:
A web site administrator upon request shall remove any comments posted on his or her web site by an anonymous poster unless such anonymous poster agrees to attach his or her name to the post and confirms that his or her IP address, legal name, and home address are accurate. All web site administrators shall have a contact number or e-mail address posted for such removal requests, clearly visible in any sections where comments are posted.
Among the bills' sponsors are New York Assemblyman Dean Murray and Sen. Thomas O'Mara, who say the proposed law is to fight cyberbullying.

So Bloggers must have been hitting them where it counts, in the truth department.

There are ways round everything.

The only 'cyber-bullying' going on is corruption within the 'establishment'.

If they feel 'bullied' by the truth then tough.

People have a right to know what is going on... not what some teleprompter reader or mainstream media propaganda outlet decides to spew out.

The proposal exists to assist with updating FEMA's Red List Blue List.

They permit anonymous comments as they know who they're from, RabbiT. Only the readers don't.

Are you saying Tap that our ISP’s are currently allowing all our data to be accessed by gov or that gov have (as we know) programmes to access such independently and have access to us all?

That could incite paranoia among us which I don’t approve of.

Gov only cottoned on to me in my sharing my identity face to face with a TV company I sought to take over in 2006, the resulting military threats imposed on me, I simply rebuffed and ignored.

Unlike Ben, I’m not worried, though they entered my home to leave a note that they would put me in jail should I successfully obtain control of said media company. Said company was already infiltrated with shills, so my efforts were thwarted. Won’t get a chance like that again.

Fear not man who can kill the body but fear God who can kill both body and soul.
Mat. 10.28

He’s killed 3 for me already, one being my best mate who was permitted to contact me from the other side to give me encouragement.

The high Masons know of me and it pisses them off, it appears their wives think me funny.

I believe I am protected by one of the Committee of 300 and you may note I question the validity of such a group based upon the words of Mullins on Coleman.

I think locally and possibly nationally I have achieved some respect, for as it is, I am not after them. I have no jurisdiction over the NWO, it ‘aint my remit.

If only they would just leave me alone, they would do themselves a big favour.

I’m simply here for those final souls that will cleave to Him, for my employer, JC the Main Man.
