Was Max Clifford a procurer to paedophile rings?
At Max Clifford's trial, none of his victims, as alleged, were pre-puberty at the time of the alleged assaults. Bill Maloney in this film decides to ask Clifford if he was supplying 13 year olds to attend Stringfellows, effectively acting as a procurer of children to the rich and famous. Those are more serious allegations than the ones he's been facing in court.
Of course the establishment wouldn't want those ones mentioning as that would give away those they protect.
No politician has yet been implicated by Operation Yewtree, yet it was known that Savile was procuring kids for politicians and Royalty. Was Clifford also helping the powerful to get what they wanted.
Was it his earlier threat to blab which brought the lesser allegations down on his head? To ensure the really nasty stuff gets buried. Bill Maloney as usual gets to the heart of the matter.
